My sister came over tonight and she helped me finish making the tamales and she made this awesome banana bread! It is the best I have ever had!! Try it and let me know what you think.
Sissy's Banana Bread
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter softened
1/4 boiling water
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 package of vanilla pudding-not instant
2-3 bananas
Combine egg, sugar, butter, and water. Mix together. Add Flour, baking soda, baking powder. Mix together. Then add vanilla pudding and bananas. MIx together. Grease bread pan..I put in for 45 min. then cover top with tin foil and then finish baking for another 10-15 min.
